How Limitless Nation hit an 11.7× ROAS while recovering leads it couldn’t even know about
A standard scheduler dropped half their funnel on the floor. iClosed brought back the leads they’d otherwise never reach — one setter booked 40 extra calls in a month.

Limitless Nation is a Slovakian growth agency that builds high-ticket book-a-call funnels for entrepreneurs, coaches and consultants. As growth operators, they go inside the client’s business, run acquisition and conversion, and get paid on profit share. Samuel Micko and his team switched to iClosed after spotting it on Charlie Morgan’s landing page, then seeing Iman Gadzhi and Alex Becker (Hyros) use it too.
“If you want to run a high-ticket book-a-call funnel, there’s no better tool than iClosed. Nothing else comes close on features.”
The challenge
A standard scheduler is built for normal people who want a meeting — a hairstylist booking slots. For a high-ticket book-a-call funnel running Meta ads and a VSL, it does the bare minimum: it drops the appointment in the calendar. It doesn’t capture the people who don’t finish, and there’s no qualification layer. Everyone who didn’t complete stayed invisible and unreachable.
“Calendly is for normal people who want a meeting, like a hairstylist. iClosed is built specifically for high-ticket book-a-call funnels.”
The solution
iClosed sits under the VSL and captures leads even without a click, qualifying them as they come in. So Limitless Nation hired a single appointment setter to call back every qualified lead, plus the no-shows and cancellations. Last month, that one setter booked around 40 calls, straight from the appointment-setting tab. On their old scheduler, those 40 people wouldn’t even have existed in the system.
“Last month he booked around 40 calls just from the appointment-setting tab in iClosed. One setter.”
“With Calendly, we wouldn’t even have known those people, so he couldn’t have called them. That’s what sold us completely.”
Capture under the VSL. iClosed sits under the VSL and captures leads even without a click — the people who never finish are no longer invisible.
The results
On the client they run on iClosed, the numbers speak for themselves. Since the funnel moved onto iClosed on January 8, it’s been pulling an 11.7× ROAS, with booked calls costing about €16 each on a ~€2,465 offer. iClosed isn’t the only piece of that funnel, but it’s the one that brings back the leads they’d otherwise never reach.
“Here you see the ROAS, which is incredible. The whole month, we’ve been on iClosed since January 8th.”
How they use it day to day
Appointment setting + global data — used every day to call back and rebook captured leads
Disqualification — low-potential leads cut before they waste the setter’s or closers’ time
Analytics — the show-up rate, plus the qualification-form answers that double as market research
Conditional routing — planned next, to send the most qualified leads to their strongest closer
“We disqualify all the leads we don’t want — the ones with closing potential so low we don’t even want to waste time on them.”
The bottom line
Six weeks in, they can’t imagine working without it. The few feature requests they had were answered with one line — wait for the update — and it shipped and fixed everything in a day, with support they call incredible.
