Invitee Pages may be configured by Customers. If a Customer adds or enables third-party tracking technologies (such as pixels, tags, custom scripts, or similar code) in connection with an Invitee Page, the Customer is solely responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents, and for complying with applicable laws for those technologies. iClosed does not control such Customer-configured tracking and is not responsible for the Customer’s compliance.
