Content Manager
Own and build iClosed’s content engine from scratch — leading every channel, producing high-impact content daily, and turning visibility into pipeline.
About iClosed
iClosed is a fast-growing SaaS platform for high-ticket sales teams. We help closers, agencies, and sales orgs capture leads, book calls, manage pipelines, and track performance — all in one place.
Customer Success is a strategic priority at iClosed, not an afterthought. We’re hiring an Account Manager who can own the post-sale relationship and make sure every Business customer gets real value from our platform.
About the Role
You'll be the person who makes iClosed visible. You own the content calendar, manage every channel (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, blog), produce content daily, and coordinate with the marketing team to keep the pipeline full of fresh assets.
This is not a "schedule posts and wait" role. You'll produce social content, write and publish blog articles, manage UGC campaigns, build marketing kits for affiliates and partners, and create ad creatives — all while keeping brand consistency across everything you touch.
We're early. There's no existing content machine — you're building it. That means you'll have full ownership from Day 1, but also zero excuses. Everything that ships goes through you.
What You’ll Own
• Channel Management — own and manage all social channels: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube. Plan, create, schedule posts. Track performance weekly
• Blog & Articles — write and publish SEO articles, comparisons, integrations, product releases, thought leadership. Work from pre-defined briefs
• Creative Production — produce social visuals and templates in Canva/Figma. Create ad creatives for Meta campaigns. Design one-pagers and partner marketing kits
• UGC & Testimonials — source and coordinate UGC creators, adapt scripts, collect testimonials, build plug-and-play marketing kits for partners
• Asset Management — organize central asset library, ensure brand consistency, version control on all creatives
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years managing social media channels for a SaaS or tech company — you've grown accounts, not just posted on them
• Strong design skills: Canva is your daily tool, Figma is a bonus
• Solid copywriting: social posts, blog articles, and ad copy that sound human, not corporate
• Experience publishing and managing a blog (WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Framer, or similar CMS
• Understanding of SEO basics: keyword targeting, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, search intent
• Experience creating content for paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Organized and self-driven: you manage your own calendar, hit deadlines, don't need daily check-ins
• Comfortable with AI tools for content production (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
• Strong English communicator — written first, verbal second
Bonus Points
• Experience with UGC management or influencer coordination
• Background in sales tech, agencies, coaching businesses, or B2B SaaS
• Video editing basics (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci) for short-form social clips
• Experience building affiliate/partner marketing kits
• Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or email marketing tools
• You've worked in a startup where you were the only content person — and you thrived
How We Work
Briefs before execution. You'll receive clear briefs with topics, angles, and references — your job is to produce, not strategize in a vacuum. 24h review turnaround on everything you submit. Max 2 revision rounds. Nothing published without Project Lead approval.
Compensation
Variable depending on experience and capabilities — open to discussion. Fully remote — work from anywhere.
