We’re the profit maximization platform for teams running paid traffic to phone sales — coaches, agencies, SaaS, info businesses doing serious volume.

We solve a problem most people don’t even know exists: 70% of leads drop off before they book a call. We capture them. We route them to the right closers. We fix attribution that’s been broken for years. And now we’re deploying AI SDRs to automate the entire top-of-funnel.

Our customers are sophisticated operators running real sales teams. They stay because the product actually works.

Product-market fit is proven. The gap is marketing infrastructure. We need someone who’s done this before to build the engine.

About the Role

This isn’t your first rodeo.

You’ve built marketing from zero. Not once — multiple times, across different business models. You’ve written the VSL that bombed, rewrote it at 2am, and watched it scale to millions. You’ve felt the pain of a phone sales team drowning in no-shows and fixed it. You’ve launched agency offers, scaled ecom brands, taken SaaS products from nothing to real revenue.

You didn’t just “manage” marketing. You wrote the ads. You wrote the scripts. You sat in the war room when everything broke and figured it out. You built the team that scaled it.

Now you have playbooks. Not theory. Battle-tested systems that work because you’ve already made every mistake and solved every problem.

That’s who we’re looking for.

Hard Requirements

If you can’t check these boxes, this isn’t the role:

  1. $20M+ in revenue generated across your marketing career. Not managed. Generated. From offers you built, copy you wrote, funnels you created.

  2. Built marketing for at least 3 of these 4 business models: Ecommerce, Agency, Phone Sales / High-Ticket, SaaS. You understand how marketing fundamentally changes across each — because you’ve done it.

  3. Wrote the copy yourself. VSLs, ads, email sequences, sales scripts. Not “directed a team.” Wrote. The best CMOs started as the person doing the work.

  4. Scaled with a team. You’ve hired, built, and managed marketing teams. You know how to get leverage from people — employees, contractors, freelancers.

  5. Have playbooks. Documented, repeatable systems. Launch playbooks. Content SOPs. Funnel frameworks. AI workflows. Not in your head — written down and usable by others.

What You’ll Own

  • Positioning & Messaging — Translate product into money language. Our ICP is sophisticated operators who’ve heard every pitch. They respond to ROI math, not feature lists.

  • Full-Funnel Marketing — Ads, landing pages, VSLs, email, retargeting. You’ve built these systems before. Now build them for us.

  • Tracking & Monitoring Performance — You understand numbers, which KPIs to track and how to move the needle.

  • Partnerships & Distribution — Affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, co-marketing. Build leverage that compounds.

  • Self-Serve Growth — Trial conversion, onboarding, activation. Make the product sell itself.

  • Team & Operations — Build the marketing function. Hire. Create systems. Scale output without scaling headcount proportionally.

How You Operate

  • Leader, not just operator. You’ve built and led teams. You know how to hire, develop, and get the best out of people. You don’t just build systems — you build the people who run them.

  • Systems over heroics. You don’t do everything yourself. You build machines that produce results consistently.

  • AI-native. You use AI as infrastructure — for content, research, automation. 10x output, not 10% improvement.

  • Autonomous. You don’t need daily check-ins. You ship, document, report. Async by default.

  • Revenue-obsessed. Brand awareness isn’t a KPI. Revenue is. CAC, LTV, payback — you know these numbers without looking them up.

  • Your experience is agency-side only (spending client money, not building offers)

  • You’ve only worked in one business model

  • You’ve managed marketers but never done the work yourself

  • Your playbooks are “in your head”

  • You need a team of 5 before you can start

Compensation

Cash + equity. Structure depends on what you bring.

  1. Your track record. Walk us through the business models you’ve marketed (ecom, agency, phone sales, SaaS). What did you build? What revenue did it generate? What did you learn?

  2. One campaign deep-dive. Pick one offer you took from zero to scale. The VSL, the ads, the funnel, the problems you hit, how you solved them. Show us you did the work.

  3. Show a playbook. Screen share an actual SOP, launch playbook, or documented system you built. Prove you operate with systems, not just instinct.
