Account Manager - Customer Success
Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Business accounts by reducing churn, driving upgrades, and ensuring customers consistently see ROI from iClosed. Build strong relationships with sales teams and agencies, acting as their trusted advisor to help them close more and grow faster.

Customer Success is a strategic priority at iClosed, not an afterthought. We’re hiring an Account Manager who can own the post-sale relationship and make sure every Business customer gets real value from our platform.
About the Role
You’ll own a portfolio of Business accounts ($450+/month). Your job is three things: keep them (reduce churn below 3%), grow them (convert monthly to yearly, upgrade startups to Business), and make them successful (be their trusted advisor inside iClosed).
This is 80% soft skills, 20% technical. You’re not debugging APIs — you’re building relationships, running consultative calls, understanding how your customers’ businesses work, and making sure they see the ROI of iClosed every single month.
Our customers are sales teams, agencies, and coaching businesses. They run funnels, book calls, and close deals every day. You need to understand their world.
What You’ll Own
Onboard new Business accounts — welcome call within 24h, Day 3 + Day 7 check-ins, ensure fast time-to-value.
Reduce churn — health scoring, at-risk flagging, retention calls using playbooks. Target: under 3% monthly churn.
Upgrade Startups to Business — review startup accounts flagged by usage signals weekly. Run upgrade calls with ROI demo. Bonus: $100 per upgrade.
Convert Monthly to Yearly — proactive yearly pitch at Month 3+. Target: 5% conversion rate.
Identify Enterprise opportunities — flag accounts hitting eligibility criteria (300+ calls/month, offer above €2k) and route to Enterprise team.
Understand your customers’ business — know their funnel, sales process, team structure, and where they’re losing deals.
CRM discipline — log all calls, notes, and next steps in Close CRM after every interaction. Same day, no exceptions.
Reporting — daily 15-min review, weekly portfolio health review, monthly churn report by the 5th.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
You understand how businesses work — funnels, sales cycles, lead generation, revenue metrics
Proven ability to reduce churn and drive product adoption
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Comfortable running video calls and presenting to business owners, agency heads, and sales leaders
Consultative, empathetic approach — you genuinely care about helping people succeed
Strong organizational skills — you can manage 100+ accounts without dropping the ball
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote team
Experience in sales tech, CRM, or lead generation tools
Background working with high-ticket sales teams, agencies, or coaching businesses
Experience with Close CRM, HubSpot, or Intercom
